The residential building has a U-shaped layout typical for St. Petersburg architecture. The courtyard is facing the extension of Kirochnaya Street. On the first floor level, the courtyard is covered with a transparent structure, thus, creating an entrance lobby. The division of the volume into horizontal belts, two stories per belt, is accentuated through employing different clinker-brick ornaments. The top three belts have been moved back from the wall plane and form spacious terraces.
The underground level houses a parking lot, while the ground floor has spaces for rent (four separate 150-square-metre blocks). The residential part of the 145-apartment building also consists of four sections, with no more than four apartments per section on each floor. There is direct elevator access to each of the residential sections from the parking lot.
